Last Call to Submit Expenses by December 15!

You can access all reimbursement information on the “Reimbursement” tab on the Ambassador Website. Submit your expenses directly through Concur or send us your timesheets.

A few reminders:

• Upload all receipts individually instead of in one document. 
• Upload your timesheet when submitting in Concur so we can track expenses accordingly. 
• When completing personal car mileage, you must include the full to and from addresses and utilize the mileage calculator. 
• If you do not have a receipt that is required for an expense, you will have to complete a no-receipt affidavit. This can only be completed by you, so if you typically submit your timesheet instead of completing your expenses yourself in Concur, please make sure to include all receipts alongside your timesheet.
